SCHULTZ® S740 is a gas/liquid phase high temperature synthetic heat transfer fluid with outstanding thermal stability, which is operated in temperature range of 12℃~400℃. SCHULTZ® S740 has the highest operation temperature among synthetic heat transfer fluids due to its incomparable and irreplaceable high temperature performances, which is widely used in CSP industry. SCHULTZ® S740 is the same product as Dowtherm A and Therminol VP-1, which can be mixed together in any ratio.

Remarkable Thermal Stability —— SCHULTZ® S740 has the best thermal stability and provides reliable operation performance in long term with temperature range of 12℃~400℃.

Gas/Liquid Phase Operation —— SCHULTZ® S740 can be both used in gas and liquid phase operations due to its vaporation/condensation property. SCHULTZ® S740 is the best choice for liquid phase heating system with temperature range of 12℃~400℃ and gas phase system with range of 257℃~400℃.

Low Vapor Pressure —— SCHULTZ® S740 has very low vapor pressure under high temperature, which is quite important to gas phase fluid operation. Its saturated vapor pressure is as low as 1.06MPa when the temperature is at 400℃.

Excellent Temperature Control —— SCHULTZ® S740 can completely satisfy the requirements of stable heat transfer and accurate temperature control due to the constant and well-distributed heating temperature generated by gas phase heat transfer system.
